MarJuana B. Williams has been captivated by real estate since she was a little girl growing up in Port Arthur, Texas.  By the grace of God, her childhood dream of having a career in real estate has been realized in multiple disciplines.  In 2009, MarJuana finished law school and began her career in real estate law. In 2011, MarJuana and her husband formed Prosperity Building Group, LLC, a real estate development firm that develops commercial and residential property.  In the past five years alone, the couple has developed and sold over 30 single family homes; and developed 35 town-home and duplex properties held as rentals. 

 

MarJuana is board certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law and a member of the Texas Bar College. In 2018, MarJuana left Orgain, Bell & Tucker, LLP to form her own modern boutique law firm that operates at the intersection of real estate development, commercial lending and business law to provide the best value to our clients. As a real estate developer, MarJuana has a  rare, real world understanding of the multifaceted issues in business and real estate development. MarJuana brings a pragmatic, efficient and cost-effective approach to each transaction. MarJuana takes pride in handling all aspects of construction, commercial real estate and business transactions. MarJuana helps real estate developers and property owners, lenders, businesses, and individuals negotiate and close deals and resolve real estate disputes throughout the Greater Houston area and Golden Triangle. 

In commercial finance transactions, MarJuana assists commercial banks, institutional lenders, specialty finance companies, private lenders and borrowers with every stage of the transaction – handling complex negotiations, structuring and obtaining financing, drafting and negotiating loan documents, working out loans, and recovering assets from delinquent borrowers.

 

In addition, MarJuana assists large national banks, regional banks, local banks and non-bank lenders in all SBA loans.

 

MarJuana helps clients  to achieve their goals in all types of transactions, financing, entity formations, operations and general corporate, contract, employment and business needs.  She helps small business owners obtain certification as a minority business enterprise, women-owned business enterprise, and disadvantaged business enterprise, or as a small disadvantaged business enterprise. 

MarJuana and her husband Al live in Nederland, Texas with their five children, Cyler, Alfred, Kaydence, Kayleb and Arabella. The family attends Praise Church in Beaumont, Texas.
